Terms & Conditions

Please review all terms and conditions before booking 

 

Cancelation/Late:

 

  • Please allow at least 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before an appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

 

  • No-shows or appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full-service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you, and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding.

 

  • Clients that are 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service; you will be charged for the full amount of the service you booked.  If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged in full.

 

  • We do not have a formal receptionist. If we are unavailable or with a client, you may receive voicemail. Please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Scheduling:

 

  • A deposit is required to book all services.

 

Appt Arrival & Additional Guests:

 

  • There is not a traditional waiting room, so please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.

 

  • We also cannot accommodate guests.  We ask that you do not bring additional guests unless they are scheduled to receive services. 

 

  • There will be a notification on the door as to whether we are still with a client when you arrive.

Recommendation:

 

  • For your comfort, we recommend a warm shower before any body service or body wax.

 

Medical Conditions/Contraindications:

 

  • Please alert us of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service.

 

  • All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made.

 

Cell Phone:

 

  • Please silence your phone while in the office, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. 

 

Minor Treatment:

 

  • No children will be permitted to receive services without an adult present throughout the entire treatment.

 

Refunds:
 

  • All packages must be used within the time indicated at the time of purchase. There are no refunds on unused packages.

  • All services are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments:

 

  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

 

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and this policy helps us achieve that goal by ensuring that our estheticians' time is used efficiently and effectively.

I have read this policy and understand that I need to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If I fail to contact the office at least 24 hours in advance, I will be charged the appropriate service/cancellation fee.
